Official Celebration of Our 20th Year
It was an amazing day of celebration, friends, and fun.
Hi EVERYbody! Please come celebrate 20 years of our mission with us on Saturday, July 18th from noon until 6 p.m. "EVERYbody Reads exists to provide services and resources to Michigan’s underserved individuals, families & communities by offering a comprehensive bookstore & neighborhood center. Further it is our goal to make certain that every individual can see their faces and hear their stories in our collection, regardless of everything."
We’re marking our anniversary with two fundraisers:
Noon–3pm | Can & Bottle Drive benefiting Saved by Zade cat rescue
3–5pm | Poetry Reading featuring local poets — plus an invitation to submit work to a to-be-published anthology, “We Were All Strangers Once,” with all sales proceeds going to the Immigrant & Refugee Resource Collaborative (IRRC)
The IRRC will also be serving plant-based cuisine — donations for food support their work too!
Browse our newly expanded collection of books highlighting underserved and underrepresented voices. And yes — free stickers for everyone!
